THE FIRM

Stern Comas is a general practice law firm created in 2010 by Vilena Comas de Stern, notary public, together with her sons, Erick Stern Comas and Alfred Stern Comas, all lawyers in the city of Santiago de los Caballeros. The firm's mission is to offer both corporate and private clients the full range of civil legal services: incorporation and management of companies and foundations, registration and maintenance of intellectual property, real estate and construction business, drafting of contracts, legal translation, and resolution of civil and commercial disputes, among others.

 

The firm is characterized by its focus on business facilitation and alternative dispute resolution through mediation or arbitration, as well as by its specialization in matters relating to the Federal Republic of Germany, a country with which the partners have a personal connection.
