Erick Stern Comas is a Partner at STERN COMAS. He earned his law degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM), graduating Summa Cum Laude in 2012. He also holds a Master's Degree in Legal Practice and Litigation from the same university and a Master's Degree in Comparative Commercial Law from the University of Mannheim, Germany, graduated Magna Cum Laude.

Prior to joining STERN COMAS, he gained professional experience in litigation, dispute resolution, insurance, and business advisory matters in the Dominican Republic, the United States, and Germany, including work with Pellerano & Herrera, DRRT (Miami), and WTW (Frankfurt).

His practice focuses on corporate and commercial matters, arbitration and dispute resolution, foreign investment, tax matters, international successions, and complex real estate transactions. He regularly advises domestic and international clients with interests in the Dominican Republic.

Erick Stern Comas provides legal services in Spanish, English, and German and has particular experience in matters involving the Federal Republic of Germany, cross-border transactions, foreign investment, and international private wealth planning.
