STERN COMAS is a law firm based in Santiago de los Caballeros, Santiago Province, Dominican Republic, founded in 2010 by attorney and notary public Vilena Comas de Stern, together with her sons, Erick Stern Comas and Alfred Stern Comas. 

 

STERN COMAS is distinguished by its ability to coordinate complex matters involving multiple areas of law, including business, real estate, taxation, litigation, and regulatory compliance, providing practical solutions aimed at the protection and growth of its clients’ assets.

 

The firm provides comprehensive legal services to businesses, investors, and private clients, with particular experience in corporate and commercial matters, real estate transactions, estate planning, succession matters, taxation, arbitration, and dispute resolution. We also advise clients in regulated sectors, including healthcare, pharmaceuticals and medical infrastructure. This includes experience in projects involving hospitals, radiotherapy centers, distribution of medical products and related regulatory and contractual matters in the Dominican Republic.

 

The firm also maintains a strong international orientation. We provide legal services in Spanish, English, and German, and have experience in matters involving the Federal Republic of Germany, foreign investment, international successions, and the representation of foreign clients with interests in the Dominican Republic.
